Robert Forman
President & CEO
Robert Forman is the president
and CEO of TriCore Solutions, LLC. Bob is
a co-founder of TriCore Solutions and is chartered
with the shepherding of TriCore’s strategic
vision and execution plan.
Prior to TriCore, as the Vice President of
Sales of a technology integrator, Bob was
a major contributor of the transformation
of this company from a $10 Million dollar
regional technology consultancy into one of
the largest and most profitable privately
held systems integrators in the United States.
Bob began his career as a top performing Account
Executive at VersysS. At VersysS Bob sold
and managed the implementation of turnkey
ERP solutions to the Manufacturing, Distribution
and Healthcare Markets. He holds his Bachelor
of Science in Electrical Engineering from
Merrimack College.

Sean Harmon
VP of Sales and Marketing
Sean Harmon is a Founding
Partner of TriCore Solutions, LLC and it’s
VP of Sales and Marketing. Sean is responsible
for leading and directing TriCore’s Sales
and Marketing organizations. Under his direction,
the organization focuses on working with our
clients and partners to develop strong relationships
that deliver comprehensive technology solutions.
He is responsible for our Field Sales Organization,
Partner Relationship Management, and all Marketing
and Business Development activities Sean brings
15 years of experience of providing business/technology
solutions to a variety of different industries.
Prior to founding TriCore, he was most recently
with the Oracle Corporation, within the Oracle
Applications Sales Team. It was there that
Sean realized the need for a company to provide
ongoing care and feeding to customers using
the Oracle Product Set, all the while focusing
on driving down the Total Cost of Ownership
for those customers.
He has leveraged his
extensive technology background into many
value-based relationships at both the customer
and alliance levels. Prior to Sean’s work
at Oracle, he was a Senior Account Executive
at Peak Technologies and VersysS . While at
Peak he sold WMS systems as well as Manufacturing
Data Collection Systems into the Distribution
and Manufacturing Market. At VersysS Sean
sold ERP and EDI turnkey solutions to the
Healthcare Market. He holds a BS in Marketing
from Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Praveen Grover
GM of Indian Operations
Praveen Grover is the General
Manager of India operations of TriCore Solutions.
Praveen joined TriCore in 2000. As the head
of India operations since 2003, he is chartered
with developing a round the clock global support
center with a focus on effective customer
service.He has over 10 years of software industry
experience, eight of which were spent in delivering
process improvement and technology-enabled
business solutions to clients in diverse industries.
Prior to this, he was the director of professional
services at the US office of TriCore and before
that served as the resource manager at a $100
million international IT solutions provider.
Praveen is an advocate of the offsite-offshore
relationship model that results in optimized
costs and maximized efficiency. He is also
known as an expert in hiring top talent and
growing teams to accomplish strategic initiatives
for organizations.He holds a master’s degree in business administration
from Clark University Graduate School of Management.

Arthur Green
Chief Financial Officer
Arthur Green is the Chief Financial Officer
of TriCore Solutions, LLC. Art is a member
of TriCore’s Executive Management team and
has been associated with the company since its inception. He is responsible for all strategic
financial management and accounting matters
at TriCore.
Prior to joining TriCore as the CFO, Art was the founder
and managing partner of an accounting and consulting firm that specialized in outsourcing
and technology. He brings over 20 years of
financial and system process experience to
the company.
Art began his career in public accounting
at a national firm and later held the role
VP of Finance for a multi-media company. He
holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting
from Bentley University and is a licensed
Certified Public Accountant.

Gina Murphy
Executive Vice President
Gina Murphy is the Executive Vice President at TriCore Solutions, LLC. She is responsible for Sales Enablement which includes Product Management, Account Management and supporting Sales and Operations with strategic guidance from the customer’s perspective to take TriCore’s products and services to the next level. Gina is an established leader with a proven track record in operations, product, and compliance management, with a primary focus on driving success for the customer experience.
Prior to joining TriCore, as the Vice President of Solution Architects at NaviSite, Gina managed a global team responsible for providing technical sales engineering solutions to ensure enterprise customers obtain the highest quality of complex and supportable solutions, on time and within budget. Gina also held management positions in technical training, information technology, business management systems, and operations with Surebridge, TVGuide and Lightbridge. She holds her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College.

Chris Barbanti
GM of Business Intelligence
Chris Barbanti is responsible
for Sales Growth, Operations and Strategic
Business Development for the Business Intelligence
Practice. Chris has been working in the technology
consulting and software space for the last
10 years. Prior to TriCore, Chris was responsible
for Business Development in New England at
NEC Corporation.
Mr. Barbanti has held a variety
of Sales, Strategy and Business Development
roles at i-Cube, Concentric Visions & Razorfish
where he was the Global Director of Strategic
Alliances. A graduate of Yale University,
Chris worked at Fidelity Investments and Cambridge
Associates prior to embarking on a career
in the technology marketplace.

Christopher Nichol
GM of ATS
Christopher Nichol is
the General Manager of TriCore Advanced Technology
Solutions and is responsible for leading the
strategic sales and operations effort for
technology infrastructure products and services.
He manages TriCore’s partnership with Oracle’s
technology business unit, with infrastructure
partners EMC, HP, and IBM, and with TriCore’s
co-location and hosting partners.
Prior to joining TriCore, Chris was an Account
Executive and Regional Sales Manager for AdvizeX
Technologies and its predecessor company Workgroup
Solutions. In his eight year career with the
company Chris was instrumental in growing
sales from $ 20M to $ 80M through sales of
turnkey infrastructure solutions for major
application rollouts at Global 2000 and emerging
companies.
Chris also grew and managed key
aspects of the company’s partnerships with
EMC, HP, and Oracle and was part of the team
that executed the merger between Workgroup
Solutions, Infoworld, and Titan Technologies
in 1999 to create AdvizeX Technologies.Chris started his business career as a Field
Sales Executive with Aegis Associates in 1995.
During his time at Aegis, the company grew
from 11 employees to 35 and doubled in revenue
from $ 5M to $ 11M. In his role at Aegis,
Chris established the company’s partnerships
and expanded regional revenue share with Microsoft,
Novell, and Autodesk.
Chris graduated with a BA in English from
The College of the Holy Cross.

Timothy Adams
GM of Strategic Staffing
Timothy Adams is the General
Manager of Strategic Staffing at TriCore Solutions.
Tim started with TriCore Solutions in the
Fall of 2006 and has been chartered with starting
a practice focused on providing individual
consultants for Staff Augmentation projects
with our customer base.
Prior to TriCore, he worked as the National
Sales Director for Life Science IT at Hudson
Global Resources, Tim developed a national
practice out his own sales efforts to cover
the entire country focused on providing Validation
and Software Remediation services to our customer
base. He was able to grow this business with
in a year into a $15 Million dollar practice.
Tim began his career at Hudson 12 years ago
as an Account Executive and was consistently
a top performer managing a book of business
that annually generated $10 Million in revenue
a year in IT Staff Augmentation business.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Sports Management
and Communication from the University of Michigan.

Mark Caggiano
GM of Data Management
Mark Caggiano is the leader of TriCore’s Data
Management Business Unit. As GM of Data Management,
Mark’s team is chartered with designing, selling,
and delivering complex infrastructure and
data management solutions to commercial and
enterprise customers. He brings more than
twenty years of experience in building sales
teams, formulating operational strategies,
and helping companies achieve their revenue
goals through sales execution, strategic relationships,
enabling technologies, and the development
of new business units.
Prior to joining TriCore, Mark held management
and leadership positions at several high tech
companies including MTI Technology Corporation,
Storability and Giant Loop. He holds a bachelor’s
degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies
from Babson College.

Brian Jordan
GM of TriCore’s Business Intelligence practice
Brian Jordan
is the General Manager of TriCore’s Business Intelligence practice. His business unit operates as a business intelligence
consulting and data management services firm that implements complex data integration and BI systems tailored for users in many different vertical industries.
Jordan has more than a dozen years of experience in the BI industry and has held a variety of roles, including positions in consulting,
technical sales, operations and management. Most recently, he was co-founder and CEO of Business Intelligence Technology Advisors Inc., a
professional services firm known as BITadvisors that was formed in March 2009. Jordan also was CEO at BITadvisors predecessor Business
Intelligence Technologies Inc., which was founded in 2004.
Prior to that, Jordan was a consultant, account executive and technical manager at Business Objects (now SAP BusinessObjects) for seven years,
where he assisted in growing annual midmarket sales from $3 million to $60 million dollars over a five-year period. Before joining Business
Objects, he worked as a consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners implementing data management and reporting solutions.

Mark Melanson
Practice lead for Professional Services
Mark Melanson
leads TriCore Solution’s professional services team. Prior to assuming this role he was a lead consultant on large scale projects. He has over 19 years of accounting and finance experience with more than 6 years specifically in a consulting role. Mark specializes in leading and performing the requirements definition, design and implementation of Oracle Applications.
Mark’s experience with the implementation, upgrade and expansion of Oracle Technology spans several industries including professional services, semiconductor, software, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, retail and medical devices. Prior to joining TriCore, Mark led the global expansion of the Oracle Applications footprint at WebCT (acquired by Blackboard Inc.).
At Dunkin’ Brands Mark implemented Oracle Applications and was a lead during the shared service integration of the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand operations. Prior to leaving Dunkin’ Brands Mark co-founded the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure continuous improvement within the combined organization.
Mark holds a Masters in Finance from Bentley College and a BA in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Mike Belmarsh
EVP of Advanced Technologies
Michael Belmarsh is the
Director of Database Services of TriCore Solutions,
LLC. He is responsible for TriCore’s database
consulting services, as well as developing
their remote database management practice.
Michael is an Oracle Master in Database Administration.
Prior to TriCore Solutions, LLC, Michael has
gathered significant experience customizing
database solutions in the areas of Healthcare,
Drug Discovery, ERP, and the Human Genome
Project. These solutions include: Backup &
Recovery, Tuning, Security, Disaster Recovery,
New Features & Technologies, Messaging Services,
Database Design, Database Management and Monitoring.
He has been involved with the strategic planning
and management of large-scale, 24×7 database
systems encompassing OLTP, DSS, OLAP, and
Data Warehouse. Most recently, he was a senior
consultant for Sapphire Technologies, where
he was the lead architect in the design and
implementation of DSS automation processes
for the genome pipeline database system of
a major pharmaceutical company.
Michael is an Oracle Certified Professional
with professional certifications also in Software
Engineering and Client/Server Architecture.
He has a BS in Biomedical Engineering and
an MS in Computer Science from Boston University.

Kevin O’Rourke
SVP of Business Intelligence Solutions
Kevin O’Rourke is responsible
for the direction of Business Intelligence
Solutions Practice, Solutions Delivery & Client
Satisfaction. Kevin has more than 20 years
of experience in the Business Intelligence
and Technology Space.
Prior to co-founding
the Business Intelligence Practice at TriCore,
Kevin was responsible for the Business Intelligence
Solutions Practice in New England for NEC
Corporation. A graduate of BU, Mr. O’Rourke
has also worked at Cognos Corporation and
Core Change Technology.

John Korcak
Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence
John Korcak
serves as Chief Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence. Korcak brings unique in-depth technical expertise
TriCore’s BI strategy and delivery services methodology.
Korcak was a co-founder and President of BITadvisors and its predecessor, BI Technologies, founded in 2004.
Previously, Korcak had worked for 6 years in the BI industry helping companies implement various BI technologies.
For three of those years he was a Senior Technical Sales Consultant at SAP BusinessObjects responsible for
demonstrating the value of the software to customers. Before founding BIT Solutions, Korcak served as Executive
Vice President at BI Technologies Corporation.
Korcak has a degree in Business Management from George Mason University and currently resides in Boston, MA.
